We offer brief screenings to determine potential challenges with speech or language for children aged 3 and over. After the screening is conducted, the Speech Language Pathologist will discuss results with you and will provide recommendations on whether or not further assessment is warranted. If further assessment is needed, the cost of the screening will go toward the cost of the evaluation. We provide thorough speech and language evaluations to diagnose a variety of communication disorders and determine an appropriate treatment plan for intervention. You will receive a personalized written evaluation report including assessment results, informal observations, background information, and therapeutic recommendations. The Speech Language Pathologist will work with you and your child to develop an individualized intervention plan to best meet your child’s needs and address your greatest areas of concern. There is also the option to include phonological awareness and other reading support for children who exhibit reading difficulties. Home practice activities will be provided after most sessions to reinforce newly learned skills, accelerate progress, and support carryover into daily communication. Learn more here!
